These are the sub-processors that Wintry engages to process the content of your Square account on your behalf. This list forms Annex 3 of our Data Processing Agreement. The other providers we use for our own account and billing are described in our Privacy Notice.

Changes

We email customers at least 30 days before adding or replacing a sub-processor, as section 6 of the Data Processing Agreement describes.

International transfers

All sub-processors process data in the United States.

• Google Cloud EMEA Limited and Anthropic Ireland, Limited are based in Ireland, which UK law recognises as providing adequate protection. Their transfers to their US affiliates are governed by their data processing terms: for Google, the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, with the EU Standard Contractual Clauses as a fallback; for Anthropic, the EU Standard Contractual Clauses with the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.

• PlanetScale and Sentry are certified under the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which we rely on.

• Temporal is covered by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses with the UK International Data Transfer Addendum in its data processing agreement.
