Sub-processors

The providers that process the data from your Square account on our behalf, where they process it, and how we tell you about changes.
These are the sub-processors Wintry uses to process the data we back up from your Square account. This list is Annex 3 of our Data Processing Agreement. The other providers we use to run our own business are described in our Privacy Notice.
Changes
We tell customers about changes to this list as section 5 of the Data Processing Agreement describes.
International transfers
All sub-processors process data in the United States, except that Google Workspace may store our support emails in Google’s data centres elsewhere.
Google Cloud EMEA Limited and Anthropic Ireland, Limited are based in Ireland, which UK law recognises as providing adequate protection. Their transfers to their US affiliates are governed by their data processing terms: for Google, the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, with the EU Standard Contractual Clauses as a fallback; for Anthropic, the EU Standard Contractual Clauses with the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.
PlanetScale and Sentry are certified under the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which we rely on.
Temporal and Postmark are covered by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses with the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.
